Designed an intuitive feature where users can long-press a contact bubble to pin their favourite contacts for quick access to make frequent UPI payments. Easily view transaction history to seamlessly revisit past payments before making a new one.
Leveraging smart insights, we curated and presented the user’s most frequent contacts, offering a one-click pinning experience for faster access. Designed a fluid interaction that elegantly integrates the amount entry screen with transaction history, making peer-to-peer payments on CRED effortless, personal, and just a tap away.

Reward claim and redemption experience

After payment success, users claim their reward instantly or by playing a game, tailored to their payment type. Designed the redemption experience that immediately showcases users’ winnings and suggests the next best actions driving engagement and fostering retention.
Created a journey that flows seamlessly, offering a gratifying experience that highlights users’ lifetime earnings. It’s an engaging, interactive experience with the dynamic hero carousel built for seamlessly holding versatile action cards that are personalised for the user’s.
After thought - I believe meaningful motion led narratives on products are needed to shape experiences that feel fast yet delightful.
